    Fitness center in Kitchener: Need movies first!

    Ok I have this membership to a fitness center in Kitchener and am having trouble motivating myself to go each week. The time when I most want to go the gym is when I watch a movie or TV show with buff dudes in training mode that make me want to work out because they are motivated and because they have bodies that I desire. So I was thinking what two most make me want to get out to that gym?

    I think any of the Rocky films would work really well here. First off the guy is motivated as all hell. And you feel that. So you get amazing training montages that show how hard he works. Makes me want to get right to that health club in Kitchener and hum the Rocky theme. Also Sly is cut in these movies and it’s what I want my body to look like next time someone watches me box or something like that.

But I guess instead I will have to go to the World Gym in Kitchener and work out like the rest of them.

    Jack LaLanne was undoubtedly one of the fathers of modern fitness and one of the first celebrities to push the ideas of exercise so strongly. He was 96 and died of respiratory failure due to a complication with pneumonia. I think him living to 96 proves that he wasn’t full of it and lived as he said one should live. That’s a rarity with a lot of people these days. Plenty of people who attend gym locations in Kitchener will be thinking about his loss.
